2. Services

Resonis Shield is an always-available call-in service. When a protected person calls the Shield number, we create a pause, attempt to reach designated trusted contacts (by call and/or SMS), and may send you and your contacts notifications. The Service does not detect, monitor, or analyze calls; it is triggered only when the user calls. All services are subject to availability and your subscription terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account and payment information. Subscription fees are billed as described at signup. You may cancel in accordance with our cancellation policy. Refunds are handled according to our billing terms.
